Cannabis consultant buys two firms, with third on the way

Denver-based cannabis consultant Medicine Man Technologies is on a little acquisition tear.

The company last week acquired two firms and is negotiating to purchase a third.

Pono Publications Ltd. and Success Nutrients Inc., both Denver firms headed by Josh Haupt, will become part of Medicine Man.

Pono is a consulting firm and Success Nutrients supplies growers. Medicine Man offers consulting services to cannabis businesses on cultivation techniques, dispensary operations and licensing for different states.
