Washington State dispensary offers a fine-tuned weed experience
How do you get a marijuana store to stand out in a city with several stores already up and running? For Michael Trobman, the answer is to focus on quality.
Trobman is one of four co-owners, along with Derek Wilmot and Serena and Chris Haskins, behind Marijuana Mart, a new retail shop located off Seventh Avenue in Longview. The business has steadily grown since its November 2016 opening, thanks to an emphasis on customer service and products.
Trobman said the shop performs multiple tests to make sure the products are up to the owners’ standards.
“We are very familiar with the product that we bring in,” Trobman said. “We do a lot of quality control and a lot of testing, and if we don’t feel that (the product) is up to par, then we don’t bring it in.”
