Ready or not, here comes medical marijuana to your workplace
Medical marijuana is coming to Pennsylvania as early as May. For patients with 17 approved medical conditions, it could mean relief from debilitating conditions such as epilepsy, post-traumatic stress disorder and cancer.
Debra Franklin spoke to a dozen or so human resource managers and business officials, and they had plenty of questions.
Earlier this month, Franklin was one of the speakers at a seminar from the Manufacturers Resource Center.
More and more, organizers said, employers have had the same concerns about how they’ll handle medical marijuana next year.
